5. Refund Policy

This is a small, intimate course with limited places. When you register, your spot is reserved, and other applicants may be turned away. For that reason, we ask that you commit thoughtfully.

Cancellations before June 1, 2026:Your course fee is refundable minus an AUD $500 administration fee. This covers non-recoverable costs already committed on your behalf (venue, materials, and coordination).

Cancellations on or after June 1, 2026: No refund is available. By this date, all course costs have been fully committed, including Dr. Harsha’s travel from India, venue hire, and materials preparation. Your place may be transferred to another person with our prior written approval.

Cancellation by The Rajus Ayurveda: In the unlikely event that the course is cancelled by The Rajus Ayurveda, your full course fee will be refunded.
